We're Pregnant!
I’m going to keep this post short and sweet as I’m also in the midst of typing up a detailed first trimester recap which I will be sharing later this week. But guys, this might be the most exciting news I’ve shared… ever!
As you’ve probably deduced from reading the title of this blog post, Shawn and I are expecting our first little baby-shaped nugget this coming November! While it has definitely been difficult navigating my first pregnancy during a global pandemic (sigh), we are both filled with just so much love and gratitude. After about eight months of trying to conceive, we’re feeling very lucky to have this opportunity - this is also something I’ve been trying to remind myself of every day around 3 pm when I’m stuck head first into our toilet. ;)
As of today we’re eighteen and a half weeks along; check out the video below for a little recap of my journey so far, and be sure to stick around if you’d like to meet Baby Connor later this year. ;)
